Unveiled on 7th November 2015 in Princes Street Gardens in the centre of the Scottish capital at the foot of Edinburgh Castle.

The memorial is dedicated to the bravery of the Polish men and women who fought with the allies throughout WWII and the remarkable bond the soldiers formed with Wojtek, a very special Syrian brown bear.
